Kelly's 10-Week Journey
When Kelly came to me, she was dealing with muscle imbalances, soreness, restricted movement from previous injuries, and neck pain that she was waking up with every day. Our focus was to help her move better, address the imbalances we identified, build strength safely, and regain confidence in what her body was capable of doing.
The Process
Over the past ten weeks, we've focused on much more than simply increasing the weight she can lift. We've used corrective exercises to address muscle imbalances, worked on movement patterns and mind-muscle connection, and progressively increased the demands of her strength training as her body adapted.
As those imbalances have improved, Kelly has become noticeably stronger and is now lifting more evenly from side to side and handling significantly heavier weight overall.
Nutrition has remained an important part of the process as well. We've focused on giving her body enough protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to support muscle growth, fuel her training, and provide the energy she needs for work, family, and everyday life.

Coach's Reflection
One of my favorite things about coaching Kelly has been watching her definition of progress change.
Yes, her body has changed. She has lost weight and inches while building a noticeable amount of muscle. But some of her biggest victories can't be measured by a scale or a tape measure.
She's moving better. She's lifting heavier. She's lifting more evenly. The neck pain she used to wake up with every day is no longer part of her mornings. And she watched the weight on one of her lifts cross into triple digits.
But what I notice most is still Kelly herself.
She walks through the door with an excitement and confidence that continues to grow. She's discovering what her body is capable of, and ten weeks in, she's only getting started.
